The Yale Club/University Club Partnership Membership offers a 25% reduction of the University Club's initiation fee (savings up to $1875). This Yale Club membership type is the "University Club Partnership" member type, which costs $300 for most alums ($100 for recent grads). The Yale Club of DC membership and the University Club membership have separate application processes. Upon election to the University Club,  a University Club credit of $250 will be given to the new Yale alumni members. There is no obligation for food and beverage minimums. All University Club dues and fees are billed monthly and directly by the University Club. To obtain the 25% initiation discount, the process for joining as a Yale Club/University Club Partnership member and applying are as follows:

1. Sign up for a one-time paid Yale Club University Club Partnership Membership here: https://ycwd.memberclicks.net/join (Only this membership type is eligible for the 25% initiation discount)
2. Email University Club membership to let them know that you are an eligible Yale Club member who is interested in applying for University Club membership (using 25% initiation fee discount). They will then walk you through their application steps.
