When: Saturday, Aug 3, 11:00am to 2:30pm
Where: Meet at 4479 Connecticut Ave. NW
Cost: Hike, energy sessions, and appetizers are free.

Join the Ivy Social Club, Princeton Club, Class of 80, and Bruce McBarnette (Princeton Club) on a hike on at Rock Creek Park, followed by complimentary energy sessions at a wellness center.
Schedule -
10:30 AM: We will meet in front of the wellness center at 4479 Connecticut Ave. We will hike on the Western Ridge Trail in Rock Creek Park. The hike will be a moderate 3.5 miles. Please bring water and footwear that supports your ankles. Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
12:45pm: We will return to 4479 Connecticut Ave. for complimentary energy sessions, where practitioners radiate energy from their hand held a foot away from the recipient.
1:45pm: We will go to Thai Pad Restaurant, 4481 Connecticut Ave. Bruce will provide free appetizers. You will pay for anything else you order.
There is meter parking along Connecticut Avenue and free parking along Albemarle Street.
Thai Pad and the wellness center are within 2 blocks of the Van Ness Metro.
