FCC Commissioner Geoffrey Starks will highlight his journey to public service and how he uses his seat at the Federal Communications Commission to advocate for equity and center voices at the margins. Commissioner Starks will also talk about closing the digital divide experienced by low-income communities and communities of color, and ensuring diversity in the media ecosystem.
